Youth (9+)

We offer two empowering youth classes:
🥊 Fundamentals (9–11 yrs) – Builds coordination, confidence, and core boxing skills through fun, structured training.
🥊 Juniors (12–15 yrs) – Focuses on strength, technique, and discipline, helping young athletes grow on and off the mat.
Every session is about building strong bodies, resilient minds, and future champions.

Community Class (all ages)

Our Community Fitness Class is all about movement, motivation, and making fitness fun and accessible for everyone—no matter your age, background, or fitness level.

Adults Technical (16+)

For those serious about the sport, our Adults Technical Class focuses on proper form, footwork, strategy, and ring IQ.
